Pacifier Rotation Fatigue Tester
Product use
In accordance with GB/T 28482-2012 standard, the machine clamps the pacifier and rotates the handle, plug, cover or ring at a speed of (50±5) r/min. It performs 250 clockwise rotations and 250 counterclockwise rotations. The equipment stops automatically after completing the set cycles. Inspect the pacifier for cracks, breakage, separation and other defects to judge whether the product meets standard requirements.

Adopts LCD touch screen and stepper motor synchronous belt drive system, supporting flexible setting of rotation speed, angle and test cycles. One side of the fixture is movable left and right for fast and convenient product clamping. The machine shell adopts electrostatic baking paint, and the aluminum alloy fixtures are oxidized treated for durable and elegant appearance. Equipped with power-off memory function to save test data in real time. It will automatically stop when reaching the preset test parameters, ensuring standardized and repeatable test results.
